Privacy and text message policy
Draft pending legal review. Text message consent language in particular must be reviewed by counsel before the first code is sent.
- What we collect
- What you type into a quote request: name, company, email, phone, delivery ZIP and address, the product and quantity, your notes, and any photos or drawings you upload. Nothing else is required to price a load.
- Text message verification
- We send one verification code to the mobile number you enter, so the desk can reach you about site access and the delivery window. If you tick the updates box we also text you when a truck is scheduled. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Photos you upload
- Site photos and drawings are used to quote and to plan the delivery. They are stored with your quote record and are not published, sold or used in marketing without your written permission.
- Who sees it
- The quote desk, the carrier moving your load, and the plant producing your order, each limited to what they need to do the job. We do not sell contact data.
- Payments
- Card and ACH payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Analytics and advertising
- We use analytics to see which pages bring buyers, and advertising tags to measure which ads produce quote requests. These set cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not affect your quote.
- Keeping and deleting
- Quote records are kept for our own business records and tax obligations. Ask us to delete your contact details and we will, unless we need them for an order in progress or a legal obligation.
