Barriers for events and site perimeters

Fence lines, street closures, stadium plazas and staging compounds. Run the perimeter, get the block count and the truck count, and read the part about crash ratings that nobody else prints.

How many blocks is your run?

Enter the line you need to hold. The count, the halves for your corners and the truck estimate come back, and the quote form opens with all of it filled in.

Estimate only. Truck count assumes about 46,800 lb of payload per flatbed. Freight is quoted to your ZIP.

What mass does, and what it does not

A run of 3,600 lb blocks holds a line. It stops a vehicle drifting into a crowd at parking lot speed, it anchors panel fence so wind does not lay it down, and it makes a closure that nobody moves by hand at two in the morning.

Concrete barriers and blocks are mass, not certified vehicle barriers. Nothing we sell is crash rated to ASTM F2656 or IWA 14, and we will say so on the phone as readily as we say it here.

If your event has a threat assessment that calls for rated vehicle mitigation, buy a rated system for the approach lanes and use concrete for the static perimeter around it. That is the honest division of labor, and any supplier who tells you a block is a crash barrier is selling past what the product does.

Where these runs usually go

  • Festival fence lines and back of house
  • Street closures and parade routes
  • Stadium plazas and queue lines
  • Tent and structure ballast
  • Rideshare lanes and lot control
  • Staging compounds and equipment yards

Dated jobs

Event dates do not move, so we book the truck first and sort the paperwork second. Two weeks out is comfortable. Two days out is a phone call to (312) 555-5555, not a form.

City paperwork

Most event perimeters are bought by a municipality or billed through one. We take purchase orders from cities and counties with net 30 terms, and the vendor pack is ready to send.

After the event

Keep them for next year, or rent and we collect. Ask for both numbers and pick the one that wins on your dates.

Event questions

Are these crash rated?
No. Concrete barriers and blocks are mass. Nothing we sell is crash tested or certified to ASTM F2656 or IWA 14, and we will tell you that on the phone as readily as we print it here. If your job needs a rated system, buy one and use our product for the static perimeter around it.

Tell us the job. We send a number.
